Delete your EduGarden account
We’re sorry to see you leave. When you feel ready to remove your EduGarden account, you can request it directly from the mobile app. Here’s how the process unfolds:
Account deletion is permanent. For your safety we confirm your identity and finalise the request within 30 days.
- Open the EduGarden mobile app.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm the request and keep an eye on the confirmation email we send.
All memories linked to your profile (photos, daily reports, conversations) will be permanently removed and cannot be restored later.
We’ll keep you informed at every stage so you know exactly when the deletion is complete.
